This email helpline is designed for anyone involved in the access arrangements process who has questions about any area of it and would like to ask the advice of a specialist.
Purchasing the email helpline below will give you 30 minutes of our advisor’s help via email, spread as you wish over the year. Our advisor will keep track of the time taken to answer queries and will advise you when this time has been used up. For those needing more than 30 minutes of queries answered in a year, we would recommend our 1:1 Mentoring.
The course tutor is Caroline Caplan.
Caroline has worked extensively in Further and Higher Education as a disability specialist with particular focus on SpLDs. Her current role is Learning Support Co-ordinator and Specialist SpLD Tutor. Caroline has previously held subject management roles for OCR focusing on curriculum and assessment quality assurance. She assesses and has a quality assurance role for the Postgraduate courses offered by our sister company Include-ed. Caroline holds Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.

When you book the email helpline, you will be provided with an email address through which you can contact our access arrangements specialist with your queries. Our advisor will keep track of the time taken to answer questions and will advise you when this time has been used up.
