This webinar will be useful for specialist assessors carrying out diagnostic assessments, access arrangement assessors testing for exam access arrangements and SENCos using the DASH-2 for screening purposes.
The DASH-2 is a measure of handwriting speed for children and young adults. This session provides an opportunity to hear from Professor Anna Barnett, Sheila Henderson and Beverley Scheib, the authors of the DASH-2. They explain how the test can be used to measure handwriting speed, detailing the uses of each subtest in turn, including how they can support an application for 25% extra time or a scribe in examinations. The changes/updates from the original DASH/DASH 17+ are discussed. A Q&A session follows the webinar.
The webinar will be presented by Anna Barnett, Sheila Henderson and Beverley Scheib, authors of the DASH-2.
